Our business name is inspired by the ancient city of Petra, a world cultural wonder built into the rose sandstone cliffs of Jordan. The intricately interconnected network of stone carvings created a place where commerce, trade, ideas, art, and culture could thrive and endure for generations.

Meet Kristin, Petra's Founder
Kristin Leutz is a nationally recognized organizational psychologist, nonprofit fundraiser, and entrepreneurship expert. She created Petra to offer consulting and technical support for organizations, startups, and projects that aim to make a positive impact in our world.
She is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Smith College and an instructor in Fundraising at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
